Library: outdated?

I just read an article by Mr. Fisch titled "No More Librarians". Mr. Fisch commented on Dan Maas's post of coming up with a with a new title for "library." Apparently he doesn't think library is an accurate term because it is no longer based in the media of paper and book. Personally I think that these intelligent people should find something better to do with their time, then coming up with new words for library. Maybe library is an "outdated" term but it is what everyone, at least the United States, uses. So I don't think that we can just switch from saying library to "Scholar Center" no one would know what you were saying if you said "hey I'll meet you at the scholar in residence center." I just think that neither of those terms will catch on, and everyone should just stick with what has worked so far.
